We have an immediate and exciting opportunity for a resident management TEAM to join our family and direct a state-of-the-art self storage facility in a beautiful area of Chino Hills, California. This is a great chance to get on board with a long-term, stable leader in the self storage industry.
We are looking for an honest, hard-working team that works well together and presents a professional image. The ability to rent storage effectively (in-person, over-the-phone and on-line) and manage a large facility is a must. The qualified candidates will be savvy on the computer and be knowledgeable with Word, Excel and Outlook. Maintenance and cleaning duties are also required. Must have a good credit history and pass a drug test.
This is a resident position, meaning that the managers will live on-site in a spacious apartment. Rent and utilities (except phone and cable) are included in the employment package, along with a competitive salary range, depending on the level of experience. We also have a bi-monthly bonus program, health benefits, paid vacation, holidays and sick time.
Self storage experience is a plus, but not essential. If you have lots of energy, the drive to succeed, and like to work independently, this is a wonderful opportunity.
